[BNM] Interlectual Property rights

Just had this from a client

This issue has been raised by our client. Can you confirm to me that all IP
(Intellectual Property) rights will be assigned from you to dcarbon8. This
includes all source code and materials for all programming for work
completed to this point and for all future work.


Anyone know about the implications of this, escpecially on some of my
libraries which are going to be in an open source project?
