Coverage is pretty good. It's rare that I've not had 3G coverage anywhere
I've been - even the wilds of South Cumbria I had a reasonable signal.
Customer service is OK. It's all done by call centres in India, if you have
strong feelings about outsourcing, but they do the job and I've not really
had any problems with them. When I started the contract, the internet
"access" was a walled garden which pissed me off quite a lot (no mention was
made of this on their sites or literature) - but that was the only thing.
Now it's proper access and there's no restrictions from what I can tell. I
no longer regret leaving Vodafone... as much as I did.
