Switch to Sky. NTL/Virgin are shit. I just left after 3 years of total hell on earth as I was too tight to pay the extra £10 a month and also didn't want a mini-sat.

However, I just switched after finally giving up and the customer service, reception, Sky+ etc is flupping amazing, and costs only like a tenner more a month. Totally worth it IMO.

God, I am so glad I don't have to call NTL/Virgin customer services anymore I want to rent a plane with a banner in the sky and say how much..
