OK sorry for the confusion - it seems to be working now except they claim my
MAC code is invalid:
You must supply a valid MAC code to proceed with your order.
Your MAC code should start with either FTIP,BBIP or BBDS, followed by a
group of numbers, a forward slash, and a group of letters and numbers.
e.g. FTIP1234567/AA11BB
Please ensure that you enter your MAC code exactly as provided by your
current ISP.
The code Orange supplied was LYSD3819806/FC28M
