[BNM] LLU switching

I've a friend who wants to switch from orange to ukonline, but ukonline are
suggesting that the line does not reside with BT.
I'm with UKO too and it gives me a similar message:
http://www.ukonline.net/broadband/ - and I too thought my line was with BT.
I'm surprised that so many providers are on LLU and that if what UKO say is
true, you have to cancel and restart instead of migrating with a MAC code.
