[BNM] [OT] Bouncy Castle round Pier

To the crew and anyone else interested - particularly anyone good at 
construction and with some free time next week

Having talked to some bouncy castle experts, I think the idea of using a 
real bouncy castle is now looking unpromising (this year). However, I 
think it is possible fairly easily to make a craft (raft) that looks 
like a bouncy castle. Let me know if you can see any flaws in the 
following (other than doing this in the first place)

What you need is 8 plastic dustbins - 4 that will each house one rower 
and another 4 providing "lids" to the lower 4. (Stomp on water !!) These 
form 4 corners (turrets) spaced out by 6 foot with plastic (soil) pipes 
- the corners would then be topped with mini bouncy castles from Argos -
