...my broadband's usually pretty good and I tent to get a consistent  
3000+ Kbps

Me too, their (broadband at least!) service has been excellent and  
usually any slow periods are short lived, so I was surprised as I've  
had a slow connection since yesterday! So just wanted to check if any  
other local users were experiencing the same?
