[BNM] Free work syndrome

Just to get my point across. I'm doing this as way to help out others, in
the position I was, 2 years back. Someone from Business Link and Cranfield
university very kindly offered me free help and consultancy. I still thank
them for what they have done for me.
Basically I want to help someone hoping that they would help someone in the
future :) . Business as I see is all about collaboration and helping each
other out. Hence the free work !
