Yeah, taste aside (I do like it tho), I actually think it's a great example of how illustrations can be integrated into a liquid CSS scenario, there really are not that many artists/designers who have this understanding of web pages...

Actually - have been surfing his site and I relent - its not bad at all, in
fact I quite like it - his client sites are actually better I think.
I had a large browser window up when it opened and it stretches to fit so
every bit of text was on one line! When you make the window smaller it works
quite well.
