What are you writing your blog entries in? Are you, perhaps, writing them in
word or similar, and pasting the text into blogger.com?

I suspect word is smartformatting your " quotes into 66 and 99 smartquotes,
and turning your - into em-dashes and en-dashes. Then the blogger interface
is encoding these as HTML entities, but the RSS feed 9or the feed reader,
maybe) doesn't know what the codes for these are.

A test: try typing an entry in notepade, along with quotes etc, and then see
if the RSS result is okay...
