The 20 days is probably not 20 days coding time :)

I do billing integrations for mobile carriers all over Europe and though 
they can take anything from 1 week to 1 month, I have around 5 on the go 
at any one time and that only occupies a small part of my time. I have 
to wait for them to get back with stuff, there's legal steps they have 
to ensure are covered etc etc.
