[BNM] Hosting

I use a host called United Hosting (www.unitedhosting.co.uk) who are
absolutely amazing, in my opinion. They have full details of their
capabilities on their site, but I've seen them bend over backwards to
accomadate people in the past, so you might be in luck even if they don't
support them in basic packages.
It's worth noting that whenever I've had a support request with them
(including on Saturday, when I uploaded a binary .htaccess file like a
dipshit and screwed my hosting completely!) they have got back to me
litereally in a matter of minutes, and solved my issues immediately. Even
when they're my own fault.
