hmm I don't know if this is any help... the BT home Hub (which has the Voip handset) is basically a rebranded Sagem 7G router with a built in dect handset from what I can tell.
NAT is fully supported. You can, however use any router you like with a BT business ADSL connection. Personally, at home, I used a reflashed BT home hub with Bulldog (my ISP)..
NAT is turned on and I also use VoIP software, and it works perfectly...
