[BNM] Virtual server recommendations (linux)

Hi all,

Does anyone have any recommendations for virtual server hosting that offers
this sort of control:

+ able to edit apache conf and add new virtual hosts
+ able to add ftp users
+ able to edit php config
+ ssh access to install software

I used to be with DSVR and considering going with them again, but heard
they've gone downhill after being taken over by Legend.
