Very simple. Information about the books I've 
written (with links through to Amazon via the 
affiliate program which I think means 
WordPress is no good to me) a few other 
simple pictures, links and other stuff that 
was state of the art about 10 years ago - but 
I'd rather it looked like a web site than a blog.

Anyway, I've taken up too much of everyone's 
time. Thanks for the suggestions. I'll wait 
and hear what the server people say about 
Joomla, look at Terapad, WordPress and 
Blogger again and maybe have one last crack. 
Now where did I put that copy of Mr. Site....
