[BNM] Flash menu needed - XML-driven

Hi all,

I'm looking for a flash pulldown menu, a little bit like this one, but
preferably more slick so that the menu appears in a nicer way, and /
or there is a nice fade effect on rollover:

A couple of requirements:

1) It just needs to have one main nav item, with 10 - 15 further items
appearing on rollover.
2) It needs to get the navigation from XML so that it can be content managed.

Does anyone know of one out there (happy to pay for it), or has anyone
done anything that I could use (again happy to pay for it!).
