[BNM] Links, Iframes, RSS and target="_blank"

Yea - tried that. It wouldn't have it... it simply did nothing - no
error etc. There was some JS embedded in the xslt that was being invoked
by the declarations at the top so maybe there was a clash.
Anyway - sorted now. I used the xslt being invoked by the declarations
as the basis for a new xslt file which meant not having to use an iframe
at all.
