[BNM] Links, Iframes, RSS and target="_blank"

Why not use a javascript solution? Find the links in the iframe and add a
click event to them, then a window.open method for that event. You could
always use target="_top" for the remaining links to get them to open in the
parent window for non-javascript users.
I'm guessing the problem is more involved than that though, or else you
wouldn't've asked...
