[BNM] Stop browsers from resizing certain text

Hello list,

i am currently working on a site design where i need to be able to  
disable viewer text resizing
for a specific portion of the text. This used to work (at least in  
IE) by specifying the font-size in pixels.

Is there a reliable way to do this now? Some sort of hack?
