[BNM] [OT] Digital SLRs

Hey people,

I think i'm going to get a DSLR in the next few days, and I was
wondering if anyone has any recommendations? I've used a 350D which
was rather nice, but I hear the 400D is even better, the auto dust
cleaning thing sounds rather useful.
I dont know anyone who's used a nikon DSLR... anyone here used one?

Whatever I get, it'll be my first DSLR, and there's no possible way
i'd take advantage of what it's capable of.. ;)
