[BNM] Any recommendations? simple pop3 email & hosting but EXCELLENT customer service for non-techies

I have a client in London who requires:

- An email service (pop3) for up to 20 users. This is very important and
CRITICAL for running his business.
- Immediate telephone support in the UK.
- Basic hosting for simple html website.
- The client has very little technical knowledge so requires "hand holding"
in most aspects.
- Smooth transfer from existing supplier without ANY email interruption.

Any recommendations?
