[BNM] Digital TV Tuning

I was going to ask this very question myself. I can get it sometimes but
most of the time all the ITV and C4 channels except for Film4 have no
signal. Anyone know what this is about? Also anyone know who I can get round
to help me set up my very complicated HD recorder/video/TV/freeview boxes so
that I can record freeview?
