[BNM] recommendations for mobile java multimedia player

A client is looking to buy a mobile Java multimedia player... They
would like customers to play their video files on their mobile phones.

Ideally is should:

Run on any Java enabled phone.
Should stream AVI files (i.e. whilst you are watching a 30 minute
video it is downloading 'chunks').
Be open source or have a free trial.
If possible, have some form of copy protection or licensing mechanism.

Can anyone recommend a product or service/provider ?
