Can anyone recommend an individual or company that can offer legal 
advice re: domain ownership ?

One of my clients had their name registered by an individual (but in his 
name, not theirs!) - so he is the registrant, not the client

The client needs to get the ownership transferred to her - but the 
current registrant is NOT co-operating
