Martyn,

The sale has now completed, and Legal Move were very good indeed. There were 
a few random legal hiccups that were nothing to do with them, but they 
incorporated these into the process and didn't charge any extra. If you can 
cope with the phones being answered by a call centre, and the inevitable "Is 
there anything I can help you with, sir?" "No, I really need to speak with 
the person who is dealing with my case" ritual, then they were excellent. In 
fact, I'm using them again to buy somewhere.
