[BNM] TalkTalk (Again)

The TalkTalk saga continues ...

I left TalkTalk a few weeks back and joined UKFSN. I lost connectivity a  
couple of days ago at home. I found out last night that the reason was  
that TalkTalk had - without my permission - connected me to their LLU 8  
meg service! I'm pretty sure ISPs aren't allowed to steal customers!

They're either incompetent or dishonest. Each seems as likely as the other  
at this point.

This is really just a warning - stay away from TalkTalk. Their service is  
awful and even after you've left they can still cause you problems!
