[BNM] Calculated amounts for online payment

Be wary of charging manuscript work by the page - we have a proof reading
arm to South and its not been unknown for people to set a single spaced
document at 7pt text to cut its length and therefore price in half - we now
specify type an spacing sizes within reason.
