Yep - if you want to hide your tracks a little better then get know a few
proxy lists (like http://www.samair.ru/proxy/) You probably already know
this though :)

It's pretty easy to enter these into FF (tools>options>advanced>connection).

Personally I use the switchproxy plugin with my own list - you can swap the
proxy every few minutes as well then.

Disclaimer: don't *ever* use a public proxy for transferring sensitive
