I can strongly, strongly recommend this place:

It's in Horsham, I'm not too sure how far that is from brighton, but
it's a fantastic place, and it has huge grounds to boot.

You can sit and have cocktails in their drawing room, eat in their
restaurant, or be waited on hand and foot if you like.

Great place!
