[BNM] NTL Virgin broadband -problems last night?

Hello,

Did anyone elses NTL/Virgin Broadband go off last night (Brighton/5 
ways/hollingdean-ish).

I find this ticket, raised this morning; I'm at work now so don't know if 
it's back.
