I hear you Wayne - I registered my first domain and bought hosting with them
back in 2000 when they were still quite small(ish), when I phoned they were
there and very helpful - as I saw their magazine ads get bigger and as the
company grew - the service went downhill - to the point where I moved my
hosting away.
