[BNM] Moving away from Fasthosts

With anyone else, you'd have a valid point. With Farcehosts, you just
don't. Sorry.

I left 'em a couple of years ago when they disabled formmail scripts and
didn't inform anyone. Lots of people were left without email contact form
messages for months before they realised that anything had been changed.

The list of their screw-ups just goes on and on.
