[BNM] Fasthosts customers blindsided by emergency password reset

I'm going through the same problem with UKreg, however I have moved so many
times since I started using UKreg I don't know which address they'll attempt
to send the password to.

Luckily they have 24/7 support, I tried at 9pm tonight to get through to
them and I was 57th in the queue!

Customers of Fasthosts' domain registry service, UKReg, have also had their
passwords reset and new passwords posted out to them, even though they don't
even have databases or FTP accounts on their domains.

A particular annoyance for me as I need to log in and change some of my DNS
settings, but at least my websites aren't down as a result.
