[BNM] Jaxtr, Grand Central, Skype et cetara

Does anyone use any of these services? Grand Central seems to achieve the
most while trying the least, by just providing one number that people can
contact you on at any time. This would be quite useful when juggling
international numbers etc. I use voicemail to redirect people at the
moment... might even persuade me to get a landline.

Grand Central¹s been bought by Google, so maybe they¹ll expand to the UK,
but at the moment there¹s nothing that says so.
