Thanks Andy. All this feedback is good, helps me learn stuff for the future.
I'm only experimenting, wish I was an expert in this field.

Why not ?? The video clearly says we can't dance (correction - I can't dance
:) ) but we can build social networks. Join us, the initial bit is to catch
potential candidates attention.
