Certainly agreed on the Mail point. Theres really very little alternative to Entourage when using Exchange. So far, i'm thinking of using something like Thunderbird for general email, and then something like Groupcal to synchronise Exchange with iCal for calendaring. Next is somethng to synch contacts and then i'm done.
Can't wait for the Entourage 2008 beta to appear.

Apple Mail is worse than Entourage. You simply can't use it if sending to
recipients on Outlook with attachments and trust that they'll receive
them.
Are QuickMail and Eudora's pro versions options?
There's always Opera's built in client, Mulberry if you have a brain the
size of a planet, or Nutscrape Navigator if you're living in the nineties.
