[BNM] [OT] extending ringing time on Virgin mobile phones

I Had this problem with Virgin a few years back. At the time - they said it
was T-Mobile's fault.

I had to phone through to fix it - but it remained fixed even when I changed
handsets. Sorry don't have answer here - it was some sort of numeric code I
had to enter. Possibly via virgin mobile website you may be a way to sort
this?
