They do but they've been in denial about the advanced booking features:

Notice no mention is made of this even though you can see it as an option in
their crappy noninteractive flash demo.
I asked why not when they were first installed a few years ago. I forget
what the answer was but my look it up sometime.
That's the beauty of their paper only correspondence system.
