[BNM] Email newsletter - help!

Hi

I've been asked by a client to produce a monthly HTML-formatted email
newsletter.

I'd like to be able to design a template and let them use an editor to add
their news stories every month.

They then need to be able to send the newsletter out to their members list,
keeping its HTML formatting intact.

Are there any ready-made tools or sites to do this? Either a web-based or
offline application will do. Mac and PC compatible if the latter.

Any help or suggestions gratefully received.
