Yeah, I know – it's insane. Why don't they have this machine? it  
would make everything so much more convenient. As I understand it now  
you have to pay £2 - £3 recorded delivery postage (35% of your £7.50  
ticket). Things do seem to go backwards in this country sometimes.  
Hmm... I'm going to enquire about the lack of that machine when I'm  
next buying tickets.
