[BNM] Wired Sussex

We at Sigmer use the Wired Sussex job board extensively and have done
successfully for a number of years, but recently we're having trouble with
the volume and quality of candidate responses. Are others finding this? Is
there a change in the recruitment climate? Or are there now other job boards
that software developers and new media types now use in preference?

The bottom line is that you'll get out of it what you get of it. For
some people this seems to mean little more than (discounted) use of
the jobs board, for others it means a whole lot more...
