I know this is a bit late but...

This is doable using php to get the image size and dynamically write
the style sheet. If you set the div dimensions then you could just
have a link inside the div set to display block with widths and
heights set to 100%.

I'm not a huge .net bod but i'm guessing you should be able to do the
same with asp.
