[BNM] 24hr call centre service + multi lingual wanted

I'm looking at the feasibility of going to a 24-hr order hotline, but the
staff seem reluctant to get up at 3am to take calls from South America in
Spanish for example.
Anyone know of a call centre offering this kind of service, or maybe several
to cope with the time zones?

preferably one with native speakers in French,German, Spanish etc too.

It's likely to be low-volume so a per-call deal is what I'm looking at
ideally
