Hi Toby,

Looking at the source of the page, it seems that the image dimensions 
are being forced to be 181x120px, regardless of the actual size of the 
image. You'll need to track down the page template or method which 
iterates over the 'Practice GPs' in the page, and alter it so that it 
outputs the actual dimensions of the image (or at least doesn't output 
the wrong ones).

If you don't fancy doing that, then you could always just redo the 
images to be 181x120px, with white padding so that they don't get 
distorted. Probably not a long-term solution though.
