[BNM] oscommerce or something with paypal and downloads?

Hello,
My rock and roll heroes (ex -pwei) are trying to put some of their stuff 
online for download using paypal as payment. Can anyone suggest a tool (php 
hopefully as I use that) that would let people purchase their music and 
then download without too much intervention. Can oscommerce make stuff 
downloadable to one person after purchase?
