Studio Manager/Project Assistant

Are you a highly organised office manager looking for your next move  
in the industry? Do you fancy the challenge of keeping a small team  
of web designers organised and on the ball? Are you interested in  
extending your organisational skills into other areas like event or  
project management? If so, this may be the opportunity for you.

We're currently looking for an experienced office manager to help  
keep our studio running smoothly. You'll be responsible for  
everything from arranging meetings, fielding new enquiries and  
keeping on top of our accounts, through to helping plan our training  
workshops and yearly conference. As first point of contact for many  
of our clients and partners, you'll be responsible for representing  
our company at all levels and ensuring the best service possible. And  
using your exceptional time management skills, you'll keep our studio  
running like a well-oiled machine.

If that's not challenge enough, we're looking for somebody keen to  
move into more of a project management role. As the liaison between  
client and developer, you'll be great at building and maintaining  
strong relationships. Able to think on your feet, you’ll be able to  
anticipate problems and solve them before they appear. Not afraid of  
difficult conversations, you’ll help ensure that our projects come in  
on time, on budget and to the highest standards possible.

As a small but growing company, you'll be a vital member of our team.  
Expected to pitch in with all parts of the business, you will have a  
very real opportunity to shape our processes and company as a whole.  
We can't pay rock star wages just yet. However we believe that your  
happiness is key, so we've put together a great package. You'll have  
flexible working hours and the ability to work from home when you  
want. As long as you get the job done, we don't mind if you work from  
9–5 or rock up at lunchtime and work into the night. And to keep your  
skills honed to perfection, you'll have a modest training budget all  
of your own.
