I ran into this problem when I looked into using Plone 4 or 5 years ago. I
thought it was a great system but due to lack of developer support locally
we went down the LAMP route instead.

But if anyone does want to do anything plone-related locally, I own
plone.co.uk and .org.uk and would be happy to hand them over to a developer
community.
