[BNM] Office Space

Andy,

I had an email only yesterday from Cluttons, the agents who manage the units
in New England House, asking if I was still looking for office space. As
they had a couple of units become available.

I know the buildings not exactly pretty(?!), but some of the spaces in there
are pretty cool. Although I think this may vary somewhat! I guess some of
the guys on the list could give you a better idea of what it's like
day-to-day.

The ones I've seen though, have been pretty cool and are essentially an
empty box, that you can make your own. They're also pretty reasonable at
about £14 per sqft per year!
