Hi,

MySQL 5 has 'full on' replication - if that helps.

What version are you using?

Subject: [BNM] synchronise two mysql dbs

Hi,

I'm trying to find a script that will synchronise our local application with
a copy on the server. Both boxes are *nix (RHE/Ubuntu)

SQLyog (http://www.webyog.com/en/) looks pretty good but the problem is that
we enter data on both apps. Unless I'm reading it wrong, SQLyog seems to
synchronise the source to the target DB by deleting any additional rows on
the target, rather than merging them?

Has anyone heard of something that would do that job?

Best Regards,

Nick
