Get some foam bumbers. U shaped that can sit on the top of the door so
if she does remove the the door stop the door won't shut completely.
My little one is two now. At some point you will watch your little one
catch fingers in something a draw a cupboard or a door. Better to find
out which bits of the house bite while the bones are soft and thus learn
that when Mum and Dad scream Nooooooo! they mean it. Otherwise you will
have to leave them in a padded room after the age of 3.
